It is the responsibility for the customer to know and meet these legal conditions. Mighty Mens Gear, Inc. will not knowingly sell any knife to unauthorized persons and will request proper identification from any person purchasing such a knife.
All custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable. All non-custom orders may be exchanged for equal or greater value. No refunds will be issued.
Mighty Mens Gear, Inc. will not be held responsible for any order or approved transaction not claimed or fulfilled within a period of six months from date of original sale. After the six month time period, all pending and/or all outstanding orders are void.
Mighty Mens Gear, Inc. reserves the right to refuse the sale of any of our product(s) solely at our discretion.
Mighty Mens Gear, Inc. will not be held responsible for any injuries resulting from the use of our product(s).
